The Village of Nelsonville Greenway Committee was established to protect, preserve and enhance the natural resources of the Village. These include open spaces, scenic areas, as well as, cultural resources including historic places and scenic roads, within the Village. Some of their past projects include the clean-up of the Nelsonville Nature Preserve, the Nelsonville Green, mapping and tagging of Hudson Highland Trails and New Village Signage (work in progress).
